Ms. Danielle Richardson is the Principal at Bunn Middle School. She is a native of Franklin County and a product of Franklin County Schools. She graduated from Louisburg High School in 2002. Ms. Richardson is also a graduate of North Carolina State University (bachelor's degree - 2007), a graduate of Strayer University (MBA - 2011), and a graduate of Gardner-Webb University (MSA - 2016). Ms. Richardson began her education career as a teacher assistant at Louisburg Elementary and has also taught Exceptional Children and 6th - 8th grade Math! Ms. Richardson is most known for her willingness to learn, her ability to do whatever it takes to help others, and for her desire to have fun while working!

Tenesha T. Lee, Ed.S
Tenesha T. Lee is a seasoned educator with 12 years of experience, dedicated to fostering student success and empowering teachers. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Elizabeth City State University, followed by a Master’s and an Ed.S from Liberty University. Her academic journey also includes international experience, having studied abroad to gain a global perspective on education.
Tenesha has served in various roles throughout her career, including teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal, with her now entering her third year in school administration. She leads with grace and transparency, creating a respectful and engaging environment where all stakeholders—students, teachers, and community members—are encouraged to communicate, collaborate, and innovate.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that student success is achieved by removing barriers, providing essential tools and resources, and equipping teachers with everything they need to deliver high-quality education. Tenesha has actively supported educational excellence by writing grants, offering professional development in grant writing, mentoring educators, providing constructive feedback, modeling effective teaching practices, locating and distributing resources, gathering and analyzing data, and responding to needs assessments. Her approach is comprehensive, data-driven, and always focused on enhancing the educational experience for both students and teachers.
